I realize that I have not posted anything on here for a while. But don’t worry, I haven’t forgotten about you. As everyone experiences, life has pushed me in a different direction.

One of the powerful factors that has pushed me away from writing has been that my laptop is having problems. Aside from that, I am in the process of moving, and will be for the next two weeks. In that time, I may not really get down to working on my laptop.

Lately I have been doing lots of changes to this website.

If you have been a visitor for some time, you will surely see the changes. For a few days, I implemented a whole different theme (prosense). I chose that theme because of the Adsense optimization (as you loyal readers already know).

However, little did I know (I’m showing by noobness here), I could just change the Ultimate blogging theme around to look like the prosense theme.

I have been busy all day, reading mostly.

But, I have also been changing some things around online. For my scorpio-traits.com site, I changed the whole theme, to a more basic theme. I have my reasons. It may not look as good as it did before. But, now the way I post is much more streamlined, which is worth it for me.

I was considering writing a post specifically about the pros and cons of the new theme versus the old. Maybe I will later.

While thinking about SEO for this site and worrying that for whatever reason… this site will decrease in traffic or PR, I just came up with the idea of registering this site with Value Exchange Site Build It. In my experience, this service is the number one when it comes to link exchanges.

I did not do research trying to find the best link exchange service. But simply, from my experiences with SEO and running different websites over the years, this one has popped out as a true and honest service. Maybe there is another service that some consider better. But, I’m sure this service is among the best. (more…)

Maybe working on a website right before I plan on going to sleep is not the best ides.

I opened up a whole can of worms just now when I decided to write an article for one of my websites. Then I got to thinking (I was also thinking about this all day) about how to get more inbound links.

Specifically (since I was writing an article), about article marketing promotion. This is something I have done in the past. The reason I am so interested in this now is because the website which I am concerned with is new, and therefore only has a page rank of 0.

I’m thinking about changing the overall theme of this site. At first I started my research into new themes to see if the one I am using is the most SEO friendly (and what I have heard so far, it is). But, then I noticed a theme on a list of top SEO themes that boasted to be great for Adsense.

Then, I got to thinking, maybe I should go this route. If you have been reading my posts, you will already know my struggles to monetize. Maybe I should go the route of the best theme for profiting with Adsense.
